Alara's first Chinese!

Today, Seyfi was off in the afternoon, so we decided to go out for an early dinner. Seyfi wanted sushi, and I wanted noodles. We were worried, 'could Alara eat anything at a Chinese restaurant?'. As we looked at the menu, we realized that she would love chicken fried rice, and she did! The only problem was that she loved my noodles more!

It wasn't until the end of the day that Alara actually went into the pool, but she did have fun hanging out beside it. There would have been some great pictures of her playing in the beach, if I had brought my phone with me! :-( woops! Don't worry though, we're here for a week, I'm sure there will be many more opportunities for great pictures.

With Baba

I was in the kitchen getting dinner ready (ok looking at take out menus) when I heard giggling coming for the other room. I went it to find Seyfi and Alara sitting in her pool like this! They're so cute together!

At the park

Alara lived exploring the new park that we went to. Although she did spend most of her time on the swings (sorry no swing pictures).

We went to a beautiful park the other day where we had to do a bit of walking. About half way to our destination, Alara sat down to take a break with her favourite character, Mickey.

The pool

After spending many days with the pool on the balcony and Alara only splashing her hands in it, yesterday she finally jumped in! Even though it was while wearing a normal diaper and her dress, we will still encourage it.
